Cloud API / Developer documentation

Your first API call.Without the guesswork.

One cloud API. A clear path to integration.

Find authentication details, explore endpoints, and follow practical examples to make your first successful request.

01 / Platform overview

One API. Practical building blocks.

A reliable cloud API for building integrations, automations, and product workflows. Connect your systems and turn repeatable operations into predictable API calls.

  • Connect applications and exchange data across systems.
  • Automate recurring tasks with programmatic requests.
  • Build API-powered workflows into your product.
  • Handle responses and errors with explicit integration logic.

Integration guide / 02

Authentication

Use a bearer token to authenticate each request and securely access the API.

  1. Create credentials

Create an API token in your platform dashboard. Choose the environment and permissions your integration needs.

  2. Send the authorization header

Include your token in the Authorization header on every API request.

    Request header

    Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_TOKEN>

Replace the placeholder with your token. Send requests over HTTPS.

  3. Verify the first request

Call an endpoint your token is permitted to access and confirm a successful response. If you receive a 401 response, check that your token is valid and the header is correctly formatted.

Developer FAQ

A few things before you build.

Practical answers for your first integration.

Is a sandbox available?
Use the sandbox to test requests before going live. Keep sandbox credentials separate from production credentials, and avoid sending real customer data.
How should I handle rate limits?
On an HTTP 429 response, respect the Retry-After header when present. Otherwise, retry with exponential backoff and jitter. Avoid immediate retry loops.
What happens when my token expires?
An expired token returns HTTP 401. Obtain a new token using the authentication guide, then retry. Never log tokens or expose them in client-side code.
Which response formats should I expect?
API responses use JSON. Check the HTTP status and Content-Type before parsing, and use the endpoint reference for response fields and examples.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the endpoint, UTC timestamp, HTTP status, request ID if available, and a minimal reproduction. Remove credentials and sensitive data. Response times depend on your support plan; check its terms for coverage and escalation.
